Well the best feature of this winch is the wireless control but other than that it is a slow winch compared to others I own in the 2000-4500lb category and pulling force appears overrated based on my experience. I'd say this is a 2000lb winch at best not 3500lb.I use it on a logging trailer to pull logs onto the trailer. The logs are easily under 500lbs and this winch does seem to struggle at times.
