My g/f is only 5'2 and my 2001 Ford Edge has a 4x4 stance so it's kind of high. She was struggling to get in the truck and I felt bad so I picked these up. The instructions it came with were great. We were able to follow them and had the step bars installed in about an hour or two. The only problem was the instructions told me i needed a socket that didn't fit anything. I believed the instructions and went to the hardware store and got everything it required. Turns out I bought a socket I couldn't use so it was a waste of $5 so just make sure you bring the bolts with you to make sure you're getting the right sockets for the bolts included.

By the way these look pretty great on my truck. They look factory in my opinion and my girlfriend loves the step as it makes getting into the truck so much easier.
