i actually have nothing bad to say about this product. my dog is my best friend and feel 100% safe with him in this pet carrier. i have 2 harleys, it attatches safe and quickly to either bike in just minutes. open mesh on both ends and roof for great wind flow when you want. close zippers to close off on the cooler days. sunroof can be closed, mesh, or open. i take my 15lb dog everywhere. he can sit upright with his head out the sunroof or lie down when he wants. secured inside with two clip teathers. obviously, i recommend this product.
