This works exactly as advertised. It is plug-compatible with stock wiring harness, no splicing or cutting. Includes all parts, plugs, etc. in order to complete the job, however I recommend that you purchase a cover gasket before starting (you should replace a gasket any time you remove it).

Includes decent instructions and color pictures. Instructions are somewhat generalized because of the different models this fits on. I installed on 2004 WR-250F.
