it took awhile to install right, it came with everything you will need to install, the only main issue i have is that the construction of the track mounts is that when driving they tend to make a light whistling noise (i have not tried tape off or plug the front of the mount the attaches to the track) and they are a pain in the ass to remove from the track, (theift protection i guess) but other than that they carry my two kayaks side by side just fine with room to spare and i even put 3 - 4x8 plywood sheets on top with no problem.
