This product did have to be returned due to shipping losing the hardware bag, so be sure to check that.
Other than that, there were very few issues on the install. It bolted right in after a little struggle with the guide wire. Be sure not to put the bolts on it too tight, otherwise you wont be able to get the guide wire off without stretching it out, which will cause you plenty of headaches when inserting the other bolts.

All in all, a great product with an understandably odd way of shipping. Don't be surprised when you find a trailer hitch receiver sitting on your doorstep, without a box.
