I have been a professional automotive technician for over 30 years. I have owned many impact guns in that course of time. This gun is very well balanced and the controls are easy to use. I know this is an older model and it may not be as quiet or as sexy as some of the newer offerings, but for the money it can't be beat. I strongly recommend this gun not only for the price, but the torque and reliability. Much cheaper and just as reliable as the $500 for a new Snap-On or Mac impact gun.
