All are a good sturdy material. The front ones fit perfect and look like they will protect the carpet completely while making it easy to sweep out dirt and mud with the overlaying lip by the door. The rear ones do not have the lip by the door and they left about a 1.5 inch gap by the back of the center consul and don't lay perfectly, though the fact that they cover everything under the rear seat is awesome. Overall pleased but they could use some improvements.
