Dualswing Arm Desk Mount Review

Initially I got Ergotron LX for my Dell U3011. According to the LX specs U3011 was supposed to be a compatible monitor, on the high end of the weight range thoguht. In practice, it was all wobbly and any kind of desk movement would make the monitor shake for the next 5 seconds, which made for a bad reading experience.

I considered getting Ergotron MX as well, but the vertical freedom of that arm is too small compared to LX or this Chief, so the monitor would be barely high enough on my desk and I couldn't put the monitor away when it's not needed.

At work we have Chief arms everywhere, and I like them a lot, so I decided to return LX and get Chief KCG110 instead. What a difference! Chief's arm is many times more stable and can lift my monitor higher to put it away when I don't need it.

I'm just surprised that the amazon page for this product makes it look so unappealing, especially given the fact that this arm is $50 more expensive than Ergotron LX. Please fix that.
