I spent alot of time looking for shocks for my 81 iron head sportster because the just sit way to high. With these clean looking 10.5 inch shocks i lowered the rear end of my bike to the minimum safe height with plenty of travel distance between the oil tank, swingarm, and the rear fender. as with alot of custom add ons im currently trimming the back fender so the skirts on the fender arent so long and block out the sight of the back tire. i had to put a slight dimple in my chain guard so that the shock wasnt resting on it. I will update the review when my build is done to talk about the ride of the shocks
