Comes with the controller relay.Way way cheaper than retail. I looked at all options. If you have a 2008+ years CVPI you may have the common problem with your fan not turning on (failing) mine went out at 120,000 and I'm hearing that I'm lucky it lasted that long. I have only put on a couple thousand miles since install but works great. CAUTION. DON'T TRY TO POWER THIS FAN DIRECTLY FROM YOUR BATTERY FOR TESTING, YOU WILL BURN IT UP! Update 10/2/13 : the first fan I purchased has failed after a couple months and my replacement has failed within 1500 miles. I sent Dorman an email asking of any known problems. Dorman said they dont know of any issues with this unit failing prematurely. Im asking amazon for a refund and going to buy a used low mileage OEM unit. I wouldnt rial one of these if you live in a hot climate where you use your a/c alot.
