After waiting two months to get my "Custom" CoverKing seat covers ordered through Quadratec for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, I finally got them this past weekend.

PROS:

They were the right color kinda. The red was actually a dark red. Not a good match for the true red 2013 Jeep color. OK, that is it for the PROS.

CONS:

FRONT SEATS COVERS -

The front seat 3 piece design, with a cover for the seated area, a cover for the back rest and a cover for the headrest had been changed for the 2013 to a 2 piece design. Yes, like something you can get from Walmart, there was only once cover to go over the seat and back rest. When I called about it, Quadratec said I had to be wrong and called CoverKing only to find out I was correct. They have changed the design. They asked said if you move the seat back forward you could easily push the extra material and strap through the back and secure it with the straps. Easy, no but I finally got it done but I was disappointed to not have the more customer snug fitting three piece design CoverKing was famous for. The passenger side front seat cover had a strap not sewn in on one side, so you could not tighten the seat down underneath.

FRONT HEADRESTS COVERS -

If you watch any of the CoverKing installation videos, you will see a nice tight fight very custom looking headrest cover. That is not what you get. They headrest cover has three loose fitting Velcro connection front to back that leaves really bag gaps that you can see as you get in the car.

BACK SEAT COVERS -

These actually seem to be a good design but I could not install them because one of the straps was laying in the box not sewn to anything. One strap was sewn to one side and they forgot to sew the other side. The two straps where clipped together and only was side was sewn in. Someone had to see that when they packed the box. One of the hook connections was missing the hook connection all together on the other side.

BACK HEADREST COVERS -

Had no Velcro at all. They actually fit on cleaner than the front with the loose Velcro but they were more of a cozy than a custom cover.

CUSTOMER SERVICE -

CoverKing and Quadratec were both very nice until I started point out all of the problems and quality issues and then the customer service went out the window. Nobody ever apologized for a change in design, nobody said I am sorry for missing or broken straps. Pretty much, once they saw I got shipped a bunch of junk they started being short with me and pretty much said ship them back so we do not have to deal with you anymore. No suggestions one what product to order that will be better quality. Nothing. I was an inconvenience to them for having to way two months to get junk.

SUMMING IT UP -

Needless to say, I am bummed out. I have a brand new Jeep and wanted to keep my interior that way and now I will have to wait even longer to find something that is top quality and a good fit. Suggestions welcome.
